The purchase of any travel services offered by Viaje Exito. (the “Company”, “We” or “Us”) are subject to, and conditioned upon, the terms and conditions set out herein (the “General Terms and Conditions”). Please read the following information carefully. In order for a booking to be completed, You, the customer (the customer (“You” or “Your”) must indicate you accept these General Terms and Conditions by confirming Your booking as set forth below. You are advised to check the Company’s website located at www.viajeexito.com (the “Website” and collectively with any other website owned by the Company, the “Company’s Website(s)”) for the latest version of these General Terms and Conditions or to request the latest version of these General Terms and Conditions from the Company,  prior to booking your tour.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any provision in these General Terms and Conditions that states that it is operative by Your use of the Website shall govern Your use of the Website, and if you do not agree to such terms, you must not use the Website.

We at the Company believe in serving our clients with sincerity and honesty and therefore You can contact us via telephone or write to us with Your queries and we will be delighted to answer any query that You may have or provide any clarification that You may seek.

 

Cancellation charge as percentage of total holiday price

The below are general terms and may be superseded by conditions specific to your reservation which will be informed to you at the time or processing the bookings. All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and are effective on the day we receive it. As we incur substantial costs and losses on cancellation, we will apply the following cancellation charges:

The penalties are in addition to the non-refundable elements of the booking which have been contracted on your behalf and notified you.

If we are able to recover any of our losses from our suppliers, we will refund those to you subject to a reasonable administration fee.

Agents or third party organizations acting on our behalf are unable to amend or change the contract or terms and conditions within it unless authorized by you.

Online Payments – Terms and Conditions
You are being billed for services to be provided by Viaje Exito. or its agents on behalf of you or your travel agent. These services may include hotel reservations, airline reservation, ground transport and guide services, entrance and entertainment fees etc.

You are being billed on the explicit understanding that you will not claim refund form the credit card company for services utilized or consumed.

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).

If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, the customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier for the reasons for this.

You will be presented with a screen confirming payment when it has been accepted. You should print this screen for your own records.

If you cancel any services, cancellation fees may/will apply as informed to you. All refunds are subject to these cancellation policies. Refunds can be made only to the credit card from which payment was received. We will not be liable for any difference in refund amounts due to exchange rate differences.

Viaje Exito, does not store your credit/debit card details on the website. This information is processed by our chosen Payment Merchants.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites, since we do not control these websites. Information collected by Creative Travel Pvt. Ltd. will be stored and processed in databases owned solely by Creative Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details. If there is a problem or query with your transaction, this information will greatly assist us to contact you. This personal information will be used for no other purpose.
